H. Kim Bradley, DVM

Dr. Bradley was raised on a dairy farm and has been around animals all of his life. You might say he began his career in the veterinary field at the age of 10 when he began cleaning kennels. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he played football and received his undergraduate degree in Animal Science in 1976. He then attended Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1980. He established Bradley-Southside Veterinary Hospital in 1984 to serve pet owners in Vermilion Parish.
Dr. Bradley’s special area of interest in veterinary medicine is internal medicine. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association, and the Acadiana Area Veterinary Association.
Dr. Bradley is married to Julie. He has three children, Lauren, Gregory, and David, and a grandson named James. Their pet family includes Sunny, Rocky, Sebastian, Dasani, Jazzy, and Biscuit. In his free time, Dr. Bradley enjoys fishing and working on his farm.
